1. Introduction and Scope

These rules apply to any disputes arising from or related to the Terms of Service or the use of the InkMobster website ("Service"). By agreeing to our Terms, you consent to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court, except for qualifying small claims.

2. Filing a Claim

Required Documentation
Your demand must include all relevant documents and evidence supporting your claim.
Filing fees, outlined below, are due upon submission.

3. Selection of Arbitrators

Criteria for Selection
Arbitrators are chosen based on expertise in relevant areas. They must be neutral and free from conflicts of interest.

Appointment Process
We will provide a list of qualified arbitrators, and both parties will have the opportunity to select one.

4. Pre-Hearing Procedures

Preliminary Phase
A preliminary conference call will be scheduled to discuss the hearing procedures and timeline. Parties may request the exchange of documents relevant to the dispute.

Scheduling
Hearings will be scheduled at a time convenient for all parties. The preliminary conference will establish a timeline for the proceedings.

5. Hearing Procedures

Conduct of the Hearing
The arbitration hearing will be fair and impartial. Both parties will have the chance to present evidence, call witnesses, and make arguments.

Presentation of Evidence
Evidence must be relevant and submitted on time. Witnesses may be cross-examined by the opposing party.

6. Arbitration Awards

Decision Making
The arbitrator will render a written decision based on the evidence and arguments, including a summary of the findings and awarded relief.

Types of Awards
Awards may include monetary compensation, injunctive relief, or other remedies. The decision is final and binding on all parties.

7. Costs and Fees

Breakdown of Costs
Costs of arbitration include filing fees, arbitrator fees, and administrative fees. A detailed fee schedule is available upon request.
